You get a professional who coaches you to constantly reach your goals, whether it is to lose weight or get back into shape. iFit cards can be used with NordicTrack treadmills, elliptical trainers and exercise bikes that are equipped with iFit technology. Each card covers an eight week training programme that focuses on a steady degree of improvement. IFit cards come in a series of levels from beginner to advanced. The IFit cards control your exercise machine. When you place an iFit card into your machine its will control the speed, the incline and the resistance of the machine you are working on. There is also audio coaching from a professional personal trainer which is designed to motivate and constantly push you to improve your fitness
Delivery of Treadmill Fitness equipment goods are made by our appointed delivery companies, this is standard across the industry. Delivery will be made to the address given on the invoice. Once your payment is confirmed on our system, you will receive an email detailing your order number, which is also your invoice number and appears on your invoice, you will need this number to track your order or if you need to contact us, 01543 509591. The following will happen depending on the product(s) you have ordered;
Items under 2kg will be posted via Royal Mail recorded delivery and need to be signed for, this service will take 3-5 working days.
Items over 2kg upto 40kg (depending on size and shape) will be delivered within 5-7 working days by a delivery partner, for enquiries please call 01543 509591 please quote your name and address.
Items over 40kg will be delivered by a delivery partner, they will call you within 5-7 working days after placement of your order to arrange a delivery date. You can track your order by calling 01543 509591 and quoting your order/invoice number.
N.B. "Working days" DOES NOT include weekends or Bank Holidays.

On selected products we can offer a Premium delivery service which is two man to ground floor room of choice Mon-Fri. This is pre-booked and offers a two hour delivery window. Installation is also available on selected items (please call on 01543 509591 for a quote).

If in doubt about the quality of access to your home or delivery address you MUST notify us prior to order, call sales 0845 643 5656, as you may require a two man delivery. You will be required to assist the driver in the delivery of your order.
Please note deliveries are ALL one man deliveries, (economy, next day and saturday) unless stated. This means the driver is legally bound to drop your item on the kerbside only, it is at their discretion to offer assistance in getting your product into your home, this is for health and safety and insurance reasons. Please check the weight of your product in the specification details on the product page on the website. Please note you may be required to assist the driver with your order.
Restricted access may include but not be limited to, steps that are immediately outside the premises which are required to climb in order to gain access to the property. Overhanging trees, steep driveways, narrow lanes, tight bends or any other restriction that make it difficult for the carrier to drop the goods, in these instances your delivery may be failed or refused.
Additionally if it is found at point of delivery that our larger products will not fit through your gates/doors/stairwells etc your delivery order may be failed or refused.
Please note: if you do not advise us of restricted access prior to delivery and your order is failed or refused by the driver, you will be charged and the amount deducted from any refund or credit note. Refused or failed deliveries will be charged at £59.99.
